The better the planning, the quicker an engagement starts helping you, so we are sharing relevant accelerators. Case studies also include the context, the approach and any key lessons learned, as alignment of our ways of working is critical.
This is what we had in mind when documenting case studies about prior engagements. They may help to identify and shape higher value initiatives in your organization. The learnings made, the inputs and accelerators that were most helpful may not be ideal to the initiatives you are involved with, so we are keen to hear your thoughts!
A key success factor in our engagements is the availability of the stakeholders that are driving the higher value business activity. We expect to work collaboratively, as timing can be key to minimise delays in initiatives.
